WHAT IS HFCO?
The Hull Federation of Community Organisations (HFCO) is a network of community organisations, voluntary and statutory agencies, which was set up in 1982, with a concern for improving local conditions, neighbourhood services, and leisure time activities in the city of Hull.
The organisation provides information, support and guidance, to those people involved in running and managing community centres, especially volunteers, and works closely with the local authority in the best interest of its members.
The HFCO is a member of the national organisation Community Matters.
